Pearl Package

Simple, yet elegant, this package provides the use of Luella-Boomer Hall.  It is designed for a group of up to 45 people wanting to conduct a meeting or presentation with light fare.  Luella-Boomer Hall replicates an early Spanish mission with its white stucco walls, terra-cotta clay tile roof, tiled murals, bell tower, and 11’ heavy wooden, arched doors.  Inside, the 36’ x 31’ great room has a dark exposed-beam vaulted ceiling, and is lit with dimmable, mission-style chandeliers. The great room of this facility comfortably seats 75 people and also houses a massage room, 2 powder rooms, full kitchen, drinking fountain and future gym.  The great room is furnished with a pool table, shuffleboard table and a reading area with recliners and fireplace.  The covered side porch with ceiling fans and Mexican style, heavy wood benches, offers majestic views of the Rincon Mountains and Saguaro National Park.

Topaz Package

The Arbor

The expansive lawn west of the ranch house is what Bill and I lovingly refer to as The Arbor.  This grassy oasis is flanked by mature mesquite trees, sixty foot pines, and the original log tack room and is suitable for groups of up to 150 people.  The trees have power outlets and are trimmed with “fairy” lights and a 10’ x 20’ concrete apron with two dedicated 20 Amp circuits providing the perfect space for DJ’s and live music.  Our 8’tall arched iron Arbor is located at the west end of this lawn.  The lawn layout easily accommodates rows of chairs for ceremonies, while still leaving ample space at the east end for a reception party setup.

This package is a day-time package and is ideal for quinceañeras, charity events, and memorial services.

RCR is primarily a lodging and venue rental facility and does not provide additional services such as catering, music, et cetera.  Guests will need to hire their own caterers and vendor for these other amenities. We happily offer a list of caterers and vendors that have participated in successful private events here at the ranch.

Diamond Package
